Payment Policy – BT & Hays Consulting Services Limited

Upon registration for our services, all clients are responsible for full payment of fees. Payment must be completed before access to services is granted.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Not Accepted: Amex or Direct Debit.

2. Staggered Payments

Clients unable to pay in full upfront may opt for a two-installment plan:

First installment: 50% at registration
Second installment: Remaining balance within 4 weeks

A non-refundable £100 registration fee is included in all courses. Installment plans may include a small fee adjustment.

3. Payment Default

Installments are due on their scheduled dates; overdue payments occur 1 minute past midnight on the due date.
Non-payment may result in restricted access to services, including project participation, learning platforms, or support.
If unpaid for over 4 weeks without communication, clients will be removed and must pay the full amount to re-enroll.

4. Deferrals

Clients requesting a deferral after services have commenced must resume with the next cohort. Fees for resuming later are:

Next cohort: No extra fee
3–6 months: £100
6 months or more: Full fees

Discounted registrations may require a top-up if deferred beyond the discount period.

5. Refunds

Registration fee: £100 non-refundable
Partial refunds: Allowed within 24 hours of payment
Refunds are processed in 7–21 working days to the original payment method

6. Alumni Refresher

Alumni may return to update or retake training:

Eligible for 50% off the current fee for refresher courses.
Course changes (e.g., switching to a different program) may incur £90 for administrative updates.
